His professional experience includes law enforcement leadership, criminal investigations, emergency response, dignitary and executive protection, security planning, threat mitigation, and coordination with government agencies and other public safety organizations. He has worked in environments where preparation, discretion, situational awareness, and sound judgment are critical, bringing a practical understanding of how security risks develop and how they can be addressed before they escalate.

William is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and has served as an instructor through the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS), further reflecting his commitment to professional training, education, and the development of effective security practices.
